can I return goods I have ordered ?

If for whatever reasons you are not satisfied with goods purchase , we are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within seven days of the INVOICE DATE provided they are in their original , unopened and unused condition and return in original packaging. Buyer must inform us at info@mynaturalshoppe.com  within 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product before returning the product.

MyNaturalShoppe.com will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to MyNaturalShoppe.com within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation at his/her own cost. Buyer will take full responsibility if the product damage/lost during the return shipment back to Mynaturalshoppe.com , thus is advice to use insured registered shipping.

Restocking Fees : unless the product is defective or the return is the direct result of MyNaturalShoppe.com error, a restocking fee of 15% may be charged.

how long can I receive my refund ?

your payment for goods will be refunded by MyNaturalShoppe.com as soon as possible by the original payment method or by agreed arrangement , no later than 30 days after we have receive the goods.
